Have you ever looked back on something that happened in your life and thought, “Wait a minute… was that God?”

Why did I start WAIT… Was That God?

Maybe it was a conversation you didn’t expect, a door that closed when you desperately wanted it open, or something that worked out in a way you never could have planned. I’ve started realizing that sometimes we don’t recognize God’s hand in our lives until we look back.

That got me thinking… How many times has God been right there, guiding us, loving us, and showing up in the smallest ways, while we were too busy with everyday life to notice? That’s why I started WAIT… Was That God?

I’m not a theologian, a Bible scholar, or someone who has all the answers. I’m just a wife, a mom of two grown kids, and someone who is still growing in her faith. And here’s something I’ve learned: You don’t have to have everything figured out to grow closer to God. My hope is that this little corner of the internet becomes a place where we can share stories, laugh a little, ask questions, and recognize those moments when God might have been speaking to us all along.

Whether you’re in your 20s, 50s, or somewhere in between, there’s always room to grow in faith. So grab your coffee, stay awhile, and let’s figure some of this out together. Because sometimes the biggest moments of faith start with one little question… WAIT… Was That God? ❤️
